Feedlogic Announces Strategic Partnership and Relocation

SUMAS, Wash. Jan. 20, 2007 — Feedlogic Corporation, a leading supplier of swine nutrition management technology, has announced a strategic partnership with a leading agricultural technology firm and relocation of its headquarters to Minnesota.

Willmar, Minnesota-based Life-Science Innovations (LSI) will provide Feedlogic with engineering and sales support through its affiliate companies. Feedlogic plans to join LSI on the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar by March 2007.

Located on  over 100 acres of wooded land on the shores of Willmar Lake previously owned by the state of Minnesota, the MinnWest Technology Campus was formed in 2006 as a joint venture between LSI and Nova-Tech Engineering to foster the growth and development of technology companies.

Chris Huisinga, Director of Business Development for LSI, believes the relationship with Feedlogic is a good fit for LSI and the campus. “Feedlogic is headed in the same direction as we are,” he said. “Both companies see growing demand for intelligent solutions in the agricultural sector. Feedlogic’s technology has already begun to show its potential in the swine segment where it is currently focused and we feel the future is equally bright in other livestock segments as well.”

Feedlogic president and founder Drew Ryder said the move positions the company in the heart of its largest customer base. “This deal is very important to our growth plans,” he said. “LSI brings a wealth of experience in the agricultural sector as well as the financial backing we need to take our technology to the next level.”

“We are also excited about being part of the MinnWest Technology Campus. It will provide us with an excellent environment to further improve our current products and create new world-leading products for agricultural markets. MinnWest is the right location for us at this stage of our growth.”

Feedlogic has already commenced collaboration projects with LSI affiliate companies which are expected to result in the launch of a series of new products throughout 2007.
